FER Table Collection

Magnus Sangild, 2021

INTRODUCING FER

The round table is something special. It can be the centre of other furniture, assemble a room – and gather people. When we get together around it, we share the same space; the same physical starting point for taking part in a conversation, ideas and thoughts.

FER Table Collection

Gravitational solid oak legs gracefully meet creamy white piano lacquer in a soft, broken circle. With an invitation to let everything from books to your legs, light and heavy, rest on the solid craftsmanship.

''In our work, we focus precisely on the functional design, where the function is the priority, and where the aesthetics originate from the function''

A broken surface that brings us together

We chose to work with two very contrasting materials that cooperate in a way where the clean surface is fragmented by the basic, dark, and slightly heavy legs, which – as the Latin word FER also refers to – supports the table surface.
